We are committed to providing quality accommodation in Subiaco, Western Australia - in either our impeccably maintained two and three bedroom, fully furnished and equipped Townhouse or Apartment, with considerably more living space than in a hotel or motel.

Both our properties are in an excellent Locations with quality modern furnishings - close to Perth CBD, professional offices and hospitals in Subiaco & West Perth.

Local amenities such as shops, restaurants and public transport are all within walking distance.

Being a small business you are dealing directly with the owners. We diligently inspect both properties before every stay to ensure it meets our high standard of presentation, cleanliness and maintenance.

Subiaco - named after the town of Subiaco in Italy (74km east of Rome) - is an inner western suburb of Perth, Western Australia.

The main street is Rokeby Road - named after Lord Rokeby - home to shops, cafés, stores, the famous Subiaco Hotel etc.

Another important commercial road is Hay Street. Landmarks of the suburb are Subiaco Oval and Mueller Park.
Kings Park area offering natural bushland and long walks is just across Thomas Street
